Top Knot’s Uncommon Ramen Series started in 2015 as a limited-run guest chef pop-up. Guest reaction to the series was so positive that the restaurant launched a monthly series, and christened the last Monday of the month “Uncommon Ramen”. Small Brewpub Chef Misti Norris Hosts Patina Green Robert Lyford
Chef Robert Lyford of Patina Green Home and Market is teaming up with Chef Misti Norris of Small Brewpub for a special, six-course farm dinner. The menu will feature dishes created by the two notable chefs from goats and produce raised by Ty Wolosin of Windy Hills Farm in Comanche, TX.
Guests will have the option to enjoy a cocktail and beer pairing with each course. The dinner will take place this weekend, Sunday, November 8 from 7 to 11:00pm. Continue reading
