Chef John Tesar, a four-time James Beard nominated chef, and a two-time contestant on Bravo’s “Top Chef”, has signed a lease at Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa in Dana Point, CA to bring his renowned seafood reputation to the West Coast. The restaurant will be called Outer Reef and will feature Tesar’s interpretation of coastal seafood, using fresh California produce and seafood sourced exclusively from the West Coast, from Baja to Alaska.
