The Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier will present its annual Raiser Grazer, this year themed “A Fresh Approach”, on Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at The Shed in the Dallas Farmers Market, located at 1010 South Pearl Expressway at Pearl Street in downtown Dallas. “A Fresh Approach to the Raiser Grazer” features chefs from the organization’s chapter partnering with local farmers whose produce is available in the Dallas Market to create the menus for the event.
This will be one of the first events at The Shed, formerly known as Shed 1, in the historic market, which is undergoing major renovations featuring new amenities for farmers and artisanal producers and will include restaurants, residential and retail space.
