The Finch – Grill & Raw Bar has officially opened the doors of its highly anticipated location at 2955 S. State Hwy 161 in Grand Prairie.
A popular neighborhood staple for brunch, lunch and dinner, The Finch’s second location in Texas kicks off the first of four Milkshake Concepts restaurants opening in EpicCentral this year. The Finch will offer a special brunch menu for Mother’s Day and encourages guests to make their reservations as early as possible.

Milkshake Concepts – the creative minds behind Vidorra, STIRR, Harper’s, Dirty Bones, Serious Pizza and Citizen – is embarking on its newest culinary venture by preparing to open The Finch, a chic new restaurant serving American fare, in Mockingbird Station.
Located at 5307 E. Mockingbird Lane, Ste. 150, in the space formerly occupied by Café Express, construction on the new 5,760-square-foot anchor restaurant will begin this fall with an opening date slated for spring of 2022. The fully renovated space will feature a warm, comfortable interior with an expansive patio and valet.
