Daniel Tarasevich Named New Chef At Second Floor

The Second Floor which is located in the Dallas Westin Galleria and owned by Scott and Gina Gottlich of Bijoux fame, announced today their new exec chef. Daniel Tarasevich was most recently at his post in Fort Worth working at Tillman’s Roadhouse and is also one of the Charlie Palmer expats. Tarasevich replaces Joel Harloff who is now at Ocho in Preston Center. You need a program to keep up with the chefs in Dallas recently.
