The Seeker by James Beard Award Chef Stephan Pyles at Interstate Inn is Available Now for Event Booking

Enhancing the current motel renaissance in Texas, Mod Motels, the debut Texas-based lodging company transforming mid-century modern motels announced today dates of its first-ever special event weekends with Chef Stephan Pyles in 2024. The first two weekends are available now for pre-booking and fall and holiday package pre-booking incentives for 2024 for Interstate Inn, in Stephenville, which is scheduled to open in Summer 2024.
