You’re invited to an evening of bold flavors and refined pairings at Savor Spain: A Spanish-Inspired Wine Pairing Dinner with Chef Stephan Pyles. This special event will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 7:00 PM inside The Cork Room at The Seeker, located at 809 East Rd. in Stephenville, Texas. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner featuring vibrant Spanish-inspired dishes, each carefully paired with wines selected to enhance the flavors. The evening will be guided by Chef Pyles, joined by Keith Marton and Rebecca Murphy—the first female sommelier in Texas—for a culinary collaboration that blends tradition, storytelling, and hospitality.

Chef Stephan Pyles is a fifth-generation Texan and a two-time James Beard Award-winning chef. Over the course of his career, he has opened 23 restaurants across seven cities, authored four cookbooks, and hosted a 26-part PBS cooking series. Today, he focuses on private dining events, hospitality consulting, culinary travel, and special projects.
