Vivo 53, a new restaurant serving its proprietary artisanal pizzas and handmade pastas opened today at The Tower in Downtown Fort Worth. The restaurant draws its name from the 53 attempts and three master bakers it took at exacting the perfect Italian dough with the ideal blend of crispness and incredible flavor.
