On April 17th @ 7:00 PM, The Common Table will host a Dinner & Silent Auction benefitting relief & rebuilding efforts in Japan. The event will include a 4-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef, Mike Smith with each course paired with beer and sake. Kenichi’s Hung Nguyen, one of two Level 2 Sake Sommelier in Texas will pair premium Sakes & Jeff Fryman one of 5 Cicerones in Texas will pair the beers. The event will cost $65 per person with 100% of the money going to the relief effort.
