Jon Thompson, the executive chef at Stephan Pyle’s Samar, will be hosting a special Bengali BBQ on Wednesday June 20, 2012. Thompson will feature five meats including a spiced rubbed buffalo brisket and glazed lamb ribs. Included in the dinner will be an array of side dishes, breads and sauces.
The dinner is specially priced at $35, or $55 wine paired. Special Indian and Texas beers will also be available that evening. Make your reservations now as the dinner has limited seating.
