This past weekend it was time to finally bid restaurant Nana a fond adieu as her lights went dark in preparation for the coming Sēr, the high end steak house that will surely take Dallas by surprise.
In one final hoorah, the staff rolled out the red carpet for several past chefs as they prepared an incredible tasting menu. We have photos from that last supper and wish to share those with you today. Later in this month we should have a better foreshadowing of the plates that are to come after the multi-million dollar renovation for Sēr.
It is interesting how the style of each of the chefs speak brightly with their dishes.
