The Fourth Annual Savor Mexico will be held Friday, June 21, 2013, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at 3015 at Trinity Groves. Savor Mexico combines the tastes and flavors of Mexico with a philanthropic twist. Also consider Savor Mexico a unique cultural exchange.
Culinary students from the institution Politécnico de Guanajuato in León competed and earned a trip to Dallas for this event to show off their dishes which range from best drink, appetizer, entrée and dessert. Not only is Savor Mexico promoting education in the culinary arts, but its benefactor for the evening will be the Greenville Ave. Area Business Association’s College Scholarship Fund helping students in the Dallas area achieve their dream of attending college.
