The Dallas Art Dealers Association is proud to present its annual DADA Fall Gallery Walk Sept. 21, 2013, featuring thirty-five of DADA’s leading member galleries, museums, and nonprofit art spaces. The event includes a Gallery Walk, DADA Docents, and Bike Swarm in the Design District with Bike Friendly Oak Cliff and Bike Friendly Cedars. Its Fall Panel Discussion on “Embracing Latin American Art” will be Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. at Cathedral Guadalupe.
Paintings from the Dallas Love Project also are on display at select members galleries. Two films in honor of International Peace Day will be screened at Samuel Lynne Galleries. For more information, visit their website or call 214.914.1099.
Tuesday, Sept. 17 7-8:30 p.m. DADA Fall Panel Discussion
“Embracing Latin American Art” at the Cathedral Guadalupe, 2215 Ross Ave., Dallas, TX, 75201. Catherine Cuellar is the Moderator. Panelists include Tomas Bustos, Johannes Boekhoudt, Guillermo Cardenas, and Benjamin Lima. Tickets $10 per panel available at dallasartdealers.org in advance or $15 at the door. The event benefits the Edith Baker Art Scholarship and Artist Career Development Fund. DADA is pleased to be partnering with the Creative Arts Center for these panels — with funding provided by the Office of Cultural Affairs City of Dallas and the Texas Commission on the Arts.

Saturday, Sept. 21, 1:30–5 p.m. DADA Bike Swarm
Cyclists of all age levels and abilities are invited to DADA’s, Bike Friendly Oak Cliff’s and Bike Friendly Cedars’ Bike Swarm as part of the DADA Fall Gallery Walk on Saturday, Sept. 21, beginning at 1:30 p.m. (leaves at 2 p.m.) at DADA member Oak Cliff Cultural Center, 223 West Jefferson Boulevard. The event is free and includes a self-guided tour of the art galleries located in the Design District as well as galleries in Deep Ellum. Ends at Burger Fest in Deep Ellum.
