Mark your calendars for September 9, 2013 at 6pm. That is when Matt McCallister will be hosting a very special pig-filled evening with not one chef visiting, but two in the FT33 kitchen. Contigo Austin’s Andrew Wiseheart, and Patina Green Home and Market’s Chef Robert Lyford will join McCallister where they battle the pig as the main ingredient, crafting a nine-course meal, using local ingredients to accompany each dish.
Cost for the evening is $95 per person for the nine-course menu including passed canapés; price excludes tax and gratuity. Complementary wine pairings will be offered for an additional $50 per person. Wine pairing is available for an additional $50.
