Whole Foods Market will anchor The Forum at Wade Park, the retail center of the expansive 110-acre, mixed-use development announced today by developer Thomas Land  & Development, LLC. Located at the Southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road in Frisco, Texas, Wade Park will be one of the region’s foremost developments, merging upscale retail, fine dining, entertainment, hotels, commercial office space and residential housing.

The Forum at Wade Park will be an ideal and convenient setting for the new 45,000 square foot Whole Foods Market, offering a large selection of natural and organic products in a store with features unique to this location and tailored to the community.   The store is set to open in Fall 2015.

“We are pleased to announce Whole Foods Market as the first of many premier features planned for the new Wade Park,” said Stan Thomas, President & Founder, Thomas Land & Development. “We are creating an exceptional space and environment for people to live, work, shop and spend leisure time at one of North Texas’ most in-demand locations.”

The Wade Park project is planned to include approximately 600,000 square feet of high-end retail space with up to 3 million square feet of commercial office space. The development will also feature 1,200 multi-family residential units as well as 127 Charleston-style single-family homes with luxury amenities and elite concierge services.

Thomas Land & Development purchased the property for the Wade Park development from the Wade Family, a prominent family in the Dallas suburb of Frisco.  The Wade family owned the property for more than 100 years.  The first phase of Wade Park is slated to open in Summer/Fall 2015.
