We Celebrate Dallas Thai Restaurant Week Starting April 13th

Dallas-Ft. Worth Thai-owned and operated restaurants and a bakery come together again to celebrate Thai New Year (Songkran) with the 2nd DFW Thai Restaurant Week.

DFW Thai Restaurant Week will be held every year on Thai New Year (April 13) and for a week.  All 23 participating restaurants and bakery will each offer and introduce a new menu item that’s not currently on their menu and/or specials for that week only.    

Community organizations, food bloggers and media have come on board to help with this festive foodie week, including the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce and Collin County Asian American Chamber of Commerce. We will also be bringing you highlights from some of our favorite Thai restaurants in the Dallas area along with a few hidden gems that you will wish to check out.

Esan (Northern Thai) Jaew Kai Yang: Grilled hen seasoned and marinated with lemongrass and garlic and Jaew tomatoes or (Thai salsa) are grilled tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion, cilantro and scallion mashed together with limes and Thai fish sauce. Served with papaya salad, sticky rice and assorted veggies. Found at Bambu Asian Cuisine.
