The result is the Hatch Chile & Chorizo pizza featuring roasted hatch chiles, chorizo, sweet corn, fire cheese, mozzarella and a hatch chile cream sauce. It’s spicy and delicious, with a surprising hint of sweetness from the corn.
The Hatch Chile & Chorizo pizza is available beginning NOW and will remain available through September 30, or whenever hatch chiles run out.
