Trick Rider to Ring in 2024 with Elevated Four-Course Dinner

Trick Rider, the acclaimed fine dining destination located inside Omni PGA Frisco Resort, will help guests ring in the new year on Dec. 31 with a prix fixe menu specifically designed to delight diners.  Highlights from the four-course menu, created by Executive Chef Joshua Hasho, include a starter of Wagyu beef carpaccio, entrees including a Rossini filet and Wagyu short ribs, and two decadent desserts, Cheers to the New Year and NYE Kiss.

The four-course menu includes multiple options for each course:

Crispy Artichoke

Garlic aioli, rosemary

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail

Horseradish, cocktail, lemon

Wagyu Beef Carpaccio

Truffle, TX Killer pecans, arugula

BEGINNER COURSE (choice of)

House Salad

Mesclun, cucumber, carrot, tomato, citrus vinaigrette

Caesar Salad

Little gem, anchovy, black garlic crouton

ENTREES (choice of)

Rossini Filet

Prime 6 oz., foie, black garlic, pommes puree, bordelaise

Halibut

Brown butter, tomato, turnip

Wagyu Short Rib

Demiglace, charred heirloom carrots, pommes puree

DESSERT (choice of)

Cheers to the New Year

Chocolate brûlée tart, caramel crispy crunch, espresso marshmallow fluff

NYE Kiss

Bread pudding skillet, hot buttered rum, vanilla ice cream
