HG Sply Co., the popular, award-winning neighborhood restaurant/bar from UNCO Restaurant Group, has secured a lease at 3351 Texas Sage Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76177 in Alliance Town Center; a master-planned 900-acre community at the center of wellness and community in Fort Worth.
The 8,000 square-foot space, with an opening timeframe of Winter 2024, promises an impressive two-story build-out that backs up to a natural green space.
Created over a decade ago, HG Alliance will embrace the foundation of what has made the original locations a huge success; a menu focused on clean food with simple but thoughtfully sourced ingredients, classic drinks, and humble hospitality served in unique settings.
The new restaurant will offer seating for 220 inside, an open kitchen, a second-floor bar, and an expansive multi-level covered patio with seating for 108 outside.
HG exists for those who appreciate flavor but maintain an intentional diet, whether that is low-carb, allergy conscious, gluten-free, vegan or most other dietary models.
Founder Elias Pope explains, “Ten years ago, I was in the kitchen of HG Dallas, slinging sweet potato hash while my eight-year-old daughter was seating SMU students at brunch on Saturdays. Now we are looking to bring HG Sply Co. to a fourth community in DFW and Haley is a freshman at SMU! We’ve learned how subjective ‘food that fuels your day’ can be and have evolved to better understand ingredients that our passionate regulars crave.”
