Pinch – peel – eat – repeat – that’s the heart of any good crawfish meal, and Rock Springs Café is hosting an all-you-can-eat crawfish boil from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 13 at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden.
Rock Springs Café is the food-and-beverage operator at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. This rain-or-shine event includes all-you-can-eat crawfish served a pound and a half at a time with corn and potatoes. The crawfish boil will be held in the Garden’s North Vista, and guests will receive a wristband and three drink tickets upon arrival. A chicken tender option is available to those who don’t want crawfish. A separate booth will have hard spirits available for an upcharge.
In addition to the crawfish, there will be live music by the Squeezebox Bandits, who perform a Tejano twist on country tunes.
The crawfish boil is a fundraiser for the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. A portion of sales will benefit future projects at the Garden.
Tickets to the crawfish boil are $60 per person ($48 for Fort Worth Botanic Garden members) and include general admission to the Garden. For more information on the crawfish boil, or to purchase tickets, please visit the website.
