Dallas is so fortunate to take chocolate to the next level, in fact, the best chocolate in the world flown in from the Swiss Alps. It is high-time America may savor the highest quality chocolate, in a shop, on their own doorstep. Läderach is special because their chocolate is flown in from only one factory, in Switzerland, and the quality control is impeccable.
They are not wholesale, and the only way to experience their heavenly bites is within their stores, or directly from their website. Within their shop, the chocolate is maintained at 68 degrees and never allowed to become more than 40 days old. Does chocolate spoil after 40 days? No. However, this practice means they follow the strictest standards for the freshest taste.
They are most well-known for their FrischSchoggi, which is a blend of chocolates from different countries to create the perfect mouth feel, enrobing ingredients like toasted and lightly caramelized Piedmont (the best in the world) Italian hazelnuts. Läderach also creates single origin chocolates, meaning the cocao beans originate from a single country.

Why we also love Läderach: They ethically source their chocolate and buy DIRECTLY FROM THE FARMERS.
The grand opening of the beautiful shop in Northpark Mall has just occurred. Their beautiful truffles and pralines grace the glass cases and walls. Every chocolate is Insta-worthy. The silkiness, and the way it melts cleanly, lets you know they do not use fillers, and adhere to traditional artisanal methods. The “Baum-/Walknuss Marzipan” (walnut marzipan) and “Honig
Nougat Carre” (dark butter mousse and honey caramel) are exquisite. Texas is blessed with five Läderachs: The NorthPark store in Dallas is joining Stonebriar Center in Frisco and three stores in Houston – Houston Galleria, The Woodlands, and Houston Premium Outlets.
