Founded in 2004 by Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, Asian Mint has become a staple in Dallas’s dining scene. In those 20 years, Asian Mint has expanded to 5 locations across Dallas-Ft. Worth. Chef Nikky has also launched a popular YouTube channel, culinary tours to Thailand, a spice and sauce line sold at Central Market, and debuted a cookbook—continuing to share her passion for Thai fusion far beyond the restaurant walls.
