This ranking reflects Nuri’s dedication to excellence in every aspect of the dining experience.
At the heart of Nuri’s culinary identity is its use of Akaushi beef—known as the “Emperor’s Breed.” This rare Japanese Wagyu variety is celebrated for its exquisite marbling, velvety texture, and unrivaled tenderness. While all Akaushi is Wagyu, not all Wagyu is Akaushi—making every cut at Nuri a tribute to culinary heritage and artisanal precision.
