As North Texas prepares for a winter weather event this weekend, the Dallas Mavericks are closely monitoring the conditions and will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for fans, staff, and players when Dallas hosts the Los Angeles Lakers Saturday night.
The game will be played as scheduled at 7:30 p.m. CT at American Airlines Center. The game will also air on ABC/WFAA-TV, ESPN Radio, 97.1 The Eagle and Zona MX 99.1.
Fans are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and stay tuned to official Dallas Mavericks channels for real-time updates, including the Mavs app, Mavs.com, and @DallasMavs on social media.
To help maintain building temperatures, the North and North Platinum Entrances will be closed for Saturday’s game. All other public entrances will remain open. American Airlines Center staff will be available to assist fans with directions and entry as needed.
The Mavericks will provide an additional update on Saturday should conditions change or further operational adjustments be required.
