JW Marriott Dallas Arts District Welcomes Jonah Friedmann as Executive Chef

JW Marriott Dallas Arts District, scheduled to open in spring of 2023, has announced that Jonah Friedmann has been appointed Executive Chef for the hotel’s three food and beverage outlets. The luxury hotel’s three food venues that Friedmann will oversee include Margaret’s, a three meal farm-to-table restaurant featuring an open kitchen and 30-seat bar; Vincent’s, an outdoor lounge on the hotel’s 11th floor with gorgeous views of the surrounding Dallas Arts District; and 800 North, a coffee-to-cocktails concept located in the lobby on the street level of North Harwood Street.

The Playwright Pub Opens Nov 14th

The Playwright, Dallas’ newest Irish pub opening Wednesday, November 14 for lunch, dinner and late-night every night, offers a tried and true experience at One Arts Plaza in the heart of Dallas’ Arts District.

Brought to us by the same owners as The Crafty Irishman, the new pub offers hundreds of whiskeys and scotches and 50 beers on tap, including a healthy Irish selection. Dazzle the Family with Cirque Dreams Holidaze

I know what you’re thinking. The whole fam-damily is coming for the holidays and you’ve got to keep them entertained before they get all grinchy. That’s why you should take them to Cirque Dreams Holidaze at the Winspear Opera House.
