4th Asian Mint Set For Richardson

Popular Dallas Thai restaurant, Asian Mint will open its fourth location this fall at 300 W. Campbell Rd, Suite 140 in Richardson.

Chef/owner, Nikky Phinyawatana plans to convert her EnjoyMint Restaurant into her award winning original full-service concept, ASIAN MINT. EnjoyMint is currently operating at this address but will end service on August 30. Following a four-week renovation, Asian Mint will be open for business by end of September. Continue reading

Asian Mint Opening in Inwood Village

Asian Mint, the popular North Dallas Asian fusion dining destination, plans an early fall opening of restaurant #3 in Inwood Village.    Celebrating 12 years of serving New Bangkok style cuisine, the Inwood location (in the former Café Istanbul space) is a welcomed addition to the original on Forest Lane and a sister location on Oak Lawn.

Diners can expect the 70-seat restaurant to have the same bright green interior with clean lines and fresh modern art. Continue reading

Celebrate Thai Restaurant Week at Asian Mint For Fun Surprises

Asian Mint seems to disregard restaurant norms that you cannot be all things to all people, but chef-owner Nikky Phinyawatana sees things through mint colored glasses. At her Dallas Thai restaurant with two locations (and a third in the works at Inwood and Lovers Lane) the chef has created this lovely and relaxed menu that is pan-Asian in concept, included dishes from Thailand, China and even Japan.
