Casie Caldwell, Kitchen LTO creator, announces that chef Blythe Beck has won the position of executive chef and Salma Gottfriend has won the artist position for Kitchen LTO’s 4th round concept. This next round restaurant will open for dinner service on Thursday, October 2nd with lunch service being added the following day and Saturday/Sunday brunch service starting that weekend.
With an engaging wit, earthy zest, and cayenne-red hair, chef Blythe Beck is passionate about creating dishes with tastes and textures that not only please the eye and the palate, but the soul. Beck, who is planning for an upscale southern menu, says, “ I am honored and thankful to be chosen as the next chef at Kitchen LTO and appreciate all who voted for me.
