Look for CBD Provisions to open at the Joule Hotel in the Spring of 2013. This will be an “American eatery” that will feature American comfort food with an artisinal standard. This translates to local and region sourcing along with responsibly raised meats.
CBD was developed by Dallas-based Consilient Restaurants and led by operating partner Greg Katz who is currently managing Victor Tangos located on Henderson.
