On September 4th, Perle on Maple will be serving their specialty 25th Anniversary DFW Restaurant week menu for the last time. As the largest culinary event in North Texas, nearly 100 restaurants are participating in the event by offering specialty menus and pledges to local charities. The Perle on Maple at The Stoneleigh Hotel is offering two specialty prix-fixe menus created by Executive Chef Esayas Estifanos for both lunch and dinner.

Perle on Maple and Heaven’s Door Whiskey present The Art of Craftsmanship

Enjoy a cultural evening celebrating the art of craftsmanship through blacksmithing, food, and drink at Perle on Maple at The Stoneleigh. The evening will feature light bites created by Executive Chef Wade Burch, Heaven’s Door Whiskey cocktail sampling, and a rare interactive blacksmithing experience. The Art of Craftsmanship will be held on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 4PM to 7PM at Perle on Maple’s Patio located at The Stoneleigh (2927 Maple Avenue, Dallas, TX 75201).

Perle on Maple’s New Bubbles and Brioche Brunch

Perle on Maple’s new Sunday brunch Bubbles & Brioche. The Stoneleigh’s new restaurant has a new French-inspired “le brunch” menu featuring champagne and French Bistro classics with a Texas twist. The menu, created by Executive Chef Wade Burch, offers such delights as Duck Confit Pancakes, Eggs “Mimosa,” Brioche French Toast, and the signature Perle Avocado Toast, served a la carte or as a two-course pre-fixed menu (choice of one starter and one main dish) for $29.27.
