Sixty Vines Plano will host a wine dinner featuring wines from Justin Vineyards out of Paso Robles, California on Wednesday, April 24 at 7 p.m. The menu includes five courses carefully crafted to pair with delicious wines. Joe Spellman, a master sommelier with more than 23 years of industry experience, will also be in attendance to speak about the wines throughout the event. Sixty Vines – the nationally recognized wine-centric restaurant – will begin transporting Dallasites to Napa/Sonoma Wine Country when it opens its doors on Monday, April 16.
The new restaurant, located at 500 Crescent Court, Ste. 160, will celebrate its grand opening from 5-11 p.m. on Monday. It will feature an indoor/outdoor design that feels fresh, lush, and purposeful. Naturally placed grape vines, wine barrels, and harvest tools create an ambiance similar to a vineyard tasting room. The open kitchen acts as a stage for the chefs to put on a show and enables guests to watch, hear, and smell dishes that are being prepared before they reach the table. Continue reading
