GRIP Opening Soon On Luther Lane

by Steven Doyle

The Chanaa brothers, the creative partners behind Ali Baba Mediterranean Grill and Terra Mediterranean Grill restaurants, are introducing their newest fast-casual concept to the Dallas-area called GRIP. GRIP will feature pita wraps (the GRIP) and salads showcasing all of the traditional Mediterranean cuisine their customers have come to enjoy. ”

We felt like this concept would allow us to open our doors a little wider and have more people see what we do,“ said Adam Chanaa. The first Dallas location is opening in July 2012 at 6030 Luther Lane, Suite 140 in Preston Center to serve the Park Cities and Preston Hollow areas, with additional restaurants planned for Arlington and Denton near the UTA and UNT campuses respectively.

“In today’s global environment, consumers are open to experimenting with their food and exploring new tastes and cultures – including Mediterranean. To best serve their busy lifestyle, we want to offer Mediterranean food in an easy and convenient manner. And the idea of going with some hummus instead of mayo is an easy call. We want everyone in town to soon know what a “GRIP” is,“ said brother and partner Jalal Chanaa.

“Get a GRIP” will soon be our mantra.
