Yesterday Dallas’ The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa joined CAM Hospitality Management, Luxe Hotels representatives and community leaders to celebrate the re-branding of the landmark property as Luxe Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa.
After the celebratory ribbon-cutting, the hotel’s lobby centerpiece Bolla Bar served beautiful complimentary cranberry and raspberry cocktails, and Executive Chef Cesar Gallegos and his team dished out small plates of Texas beef brisket and seared scallops with smoked cheddar grits to delighted guests of the event. Tours of the stunning and opulent suites with magnificent architecture and breathtaking views of downtown Dallas were provided on request. As an event planner and an on-the-hunt bride, I was really impressed with the offerings and style of this legendary landmark.
Opened in 1923, the hotel is a glamorous and historical Dallas landmark situated in fashionable and modern Uptown, and has preserved the original 1920’s Art Deco design through a $36 million transformation. And now it has been reinvigorated with the Luxe Hotels trademarks of distinct individuality and personality, a unique style and sense of place.
“We look forward to welcoming Dallas locals, business travelers, and tourists from around the world and treating them to the unique Luxe Stoneleigh experience,” said Chris Mannino, president of CAM Hospitality Management.
“I’m delighted to welcome the Luxe Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa into the Luxe Hotels family of branded properties,” said Efrem Harkham, Founder and Chairman of Luxe Hotels. “We’ve embarked on this wonderful, collaborative partnership with Luxe Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa’s management team, and this is a momentous occasion for the hotel, Dallas, and the Luxe brand.”
Luxe Hotels includes the Luxe Worldwide Hotels representation company, with nearly two hundred members, corporately owned properties, the Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel in Beverly Hills and the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, as well as branded properties including the Luxe City Center Hotel in Los Angeles and now the Stoneleigh.
