A new restaurant, SanabelS, just opened their doors in Addison in the former Ciao Chicago location at 15107 Addison Road. The owners are originally from Jordan, but have lived in the States for many years. Fortunately for guests at the new restaurant they haven’t forgotten how to cook.
The style is Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine featuring Kibbeh, Hummus, Babaganouj, and the like, along with a ration of grilled meats served with supple pita bread. The menu isn’t terribly large, but the atmosphere is very pretty and stylish in a subtle way that makes it warm and inviting.
Look for a large selection of hookahs and flavored tobaccos to enjoy. There is a back lounge that is perfect for large groups and hookah rage.
The grand opening for the restaurant is Friday, July 6, 2012. There will be a special celebration for those that join in that day including a buffet.
