The Dallas icon Mi Piaci Ristorante that has been serving Dallas upscale Italian cuisine for over 20 years has undergone a remodel and made some additions. The doors to the newly renovated Mi Piaci opens tomorrow (Thursday, July 26, 2012).
An intimate wine bar the Enoteca (“Wine Collective”) will now grace Mi Piaci and will offer small bites, an expansive cocktail selection and the award winning wine list that Mi Piaci has always been known for. If you are not in the mood for the intimate and prefer a little more high energy, Mi Piaci has also added Luna Lounge which will feature custom built banquets and floating vignettes all displayed under handmade chandeliers.
Mi Piaci has added to the menu prime aged steaks and chops in Dallas
and each plate will come with your favorite side of pasta or risotto in what seems to be the great Beef Migration of 2012. The private rooms have been updated and will be available for parties of eight or more in the Map Room and the Wine Cellar. As always, if it is not made in house then Mi Piaci imports it straight from Italy.
Coming in fall of 2012 will be a multi-level patio that will cascade down to the water. Patrons will be able to enjoy a casual evening al fresco dining under the stars. The patio addition to Mi Piaci will be available in coming months.
