Oak Launches New Lunch Menu

photos by Joy Zhang

Oak restaurant in the Design District, is launching a refreshed new lunch menu starting today. Lighter fare prepared with the same elegance as the dinner menu, has been added by Executive Chef Jason Maddy and his team.  Maddy explains, “The new menu is representative of the seasons and availability from our purveyors and small farms. This will allow us to change it more often so that regulars and new diners alike can constantly taste new and fresh dishes.”

Co-owner Tiffanee Ellman adds, “Categories have been tightened where we feature a slew of share-friendly appetizers, hearty and light salad options, gourmet sandwiches, delectable mains, quiche, and a daily offering that will feature and highlight key seasonal ingredients.  We will alter the lunch menu as we do dinner, to constantly evolve and change offerings more frequently, offering variety for our die-hard regulars and feature the best ingredients available.”

We will no doubt be in soon to share our thoughts and photos some time very soon. If we can get a table.
