There doesn’t seem to be a shortage of fascinating people willing to invest in this economy, with many new restaurants opening almost daily. Last November there was just such a person who braved through her dream and opened a cupcakery. Brandy Breaux’s dream was set into motion as she premiered Bliss Cupcakes in the Shop in the Village at Fairview in Allen, Texas.
Breaux had a vision after working in corporate America for so long to step out on her own and today enjoys the sweet taste of success as her business grows daily.
As far as cupcakes go, this is a quality product, but Breaux offers a twist. If you do not see a flavor in the cases you might enjoy, you may have a cake custom made just for you. And these monstrous cupcakes are delicious and moist.
Another added feature you will find at Bliss is that you can build your own cupcake; either for a party in the store or solo. Coring out the center and filling each cake with your own cake with frosting and decorating the top can be therapeutic with sweet rewards.
Bliss offers cake pops, cake parfaits, custom cake pop bouquets, custom cakes and cupcake cakes. You can also have your cupcake fille with ice cream for a cooler treat.
Just seven weeks ago Breaux also gave birth to triplets who were born prematurely, but will soon be coming home. This is also sweet news for the pastry chef needing a future army of bakers to help with her expansion ideas.
