Boulevardier Now Open For Sunday Brunch

by Jennifer Thomas

Boulevardier  has taken off as a wildly successful French bistro located in the Bishop Arts District in Oak Cliff. Since opening we have enjoyed such dishes as the lamb neck, escargot, crawfish beignets and so much more. Now the boys are open for brunch on Sunday.

Chef-Owner Nathan Tate has developed a menu that is sure to delight, as it includes items from the French Onion soup to sandwiches like the Croque Madame and Tate Farms Burger. Brunch entrees include the Eggs Meurette (two poached eggs, toasted baguette, mushrooms, bacon, bone marrow and red wine sauce), the Legs and Eggs (crisp duck leg confit, sunny side up duck eggs, Homestead Grits cake and huckleberry sauce) to the Quiche (house bacon, spinach, caramelized onion, gruyere, parmesan and arugula-chicory salad).

Cocktails include the Pumpkin Flip, Aviation, Bloody Mary, Mimosa and the Corpse Reviver #2.

Boulevardier is is a joint venture by Brooks and Bradley Anderson of Veritas Wine Room in Dallas, and Nathan Tate and Randall Copeland, of Restaurant Ava in Rockwall, open since August 2012. Brunch is served from 11 am – 3 pm every Sunday.
