EVITE3by Steven Doyle

The Dallas Best Cellars Wine Dinner, Thursday May 9, 2013, salutes the city’s top sommeliers with a special night of world‐class wines, hand-picked from their portfolio and poured in your glass. The dinner is an intimate gathering of influential business and community leaders who help fund the Promise for a Cure.  This inaugural event will showcase a four‐course gourmet dinner crafted by James Beard Award nominee and the “Father of Southwestern Cuisine,” Dean Fearing of Fearings at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.

The T.J. Martell Foundation has been celebrating wine for over 20 years with the Best cellars Series. These gourmet  food  and  wine  experiences  are  held  in  New  York, Nashville,  Atlanta,  Houston,  Los Angeles and beyond; and have raised well over $2 million for today’s leaders in medical research. Some of the globe’s finest vintners and wine aficionados have since graced the  hosting tables, pouring rare and unique bottles to special guests and supporters alike.

The T.J. Martell Foundation, founded in 1975 by the music industry, is a national nonprofit organization that funds cutting‐edge research for leukemia, cancer and AIDS at eleven top research hospitals in the United States.

Join the area’s best sommeliers for this one of a kind evening with tending sommeliers Andrew Hensley from Fearing’s, Paul Botamer from Fearing’s, Jeff Bachinska from Sissy’s, Jeff Bradley from The Wine Frog, Aron Benson from the Dallas Country Club, and Christina Chilcoat from Las Colinas Beverages.
