Premium Tequila maker Casa Dragones asked Rosewood Mansion at Turtle Creek execuchef Bruno Davaillon and he said it is Scallop Carpaccio with pickled radish, cilantro, jalapeño lime pudding, seaweed crouton.    


“The natural sweetness of the Scallop paired with the texture of the radish and sweetness of the Jalapeño lime pudding combine for the perfect match with Casa Dragones Sipping Tequila.” he explains.

    I’d eat anything w/ Casa Dragones. that’s the best tequilla i’ve ever had. it better be damn good at $250.00 per bottle.
