Last week a reader sent word that the Mockingbird Taproom shuttered, today we were sent confirmation from Restaurant America who also owns Primebar, Park Tavern, Townhouse and the soon to open Central Standard which will be located in the Design District.
You will recall from a story we ran last week on the new HG Sply Co. that Chef Paul Niekrasz opened the Restaurant America restaurants in Dallas but left recently to run the paleo-centric restaurant on Greenville.
The Mockingbird Taproom is not expected to re-open.
