4th Annual California Benchmark Cabernet Tasting 50 Cabernets to be Tasted Monday, September 30th 5:30-8pm Park City Club 5956 Sherry Lane, Suite 1700 $55 per personAll the details below:
“Cabernet lovers are lucky, as the current vintages in the market- 2007, 2008 and 2009 -are good years for the category. The 2007s are a touch richer, the 2008s denser and the 2009s have turned out to be a polished group of wines with great structure and a potential for aging.” The Wine Spectator 8/27/12
Join us at the Park City Club on Monday, September 30th from 5:30-8pm as we host an extensive tasting of the incredible Cabernet Sauvignons from California that are now on the market. There will be a particular emphasis on the great 2010, 2009 and 2008 vintages as well as some remaining spectacular 2007 offerings. Capacity for this tasting will be limited and we expect the event to sell out quickly at this unbelievably low price. Reservations will be required for this event, so respond early before we sell out as we did last year. The wines will be arrayed in a casual walk-around format so you can taste at your own pace. Hors d’Ourves will include sliced Tenderloin of Beef, an array of delicious Cheeses, Smoked Chicken Quesadillas and other appetizers designed to highlight the fantastic fruit in these excellent wines.
Reservations for this tasting event are strictly limited and we cannot emphasize too strongly the certainty of a sellout. Please do not delay in calling for your reservations. Reservations may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Due to the necessity of a restaurant guarantee, no cancellations will be accepted after noon, Friday, September 27th. All reservations will be charged accordingly.
