Rabbit Hole Brewing Dinner at SER April 10

SER Steak + Spirits will team up with Rabbit Hole Brewing Thursday April 10, 2014 at 7:00pm to hold its first beer dinner with Dallas hockey pro Mike Modano and KVIL radio personality Tony Zazza. All three courses, prepared by Chef Anthony Van Camp, will be paired with Rabbit Hole brews.  

Guests will begin with Wagyu Tenderloin Tartare with parsley fluid gel, toasted bread and candied lemon paired with Modano’s 561 Kolsh-style beer. The second course features Smoked and Spicy Eye of Ribeye served with “Van Camps” pork and beans, grilled spring vegetables and No. 9 caramel mustard glaze paired with RAPTURE Fusion Brown Ale. Guests will complete the dinner with Caramel Glazed Bananas coupled with orange-chiffon cake, cool whip and fried plantains paired with 10/6 English India Pale Ale.

Mike Modano and Tony Zazza will host a table at the dinner with all proceeds benefiting the Mike Modano Foundation and Zazza Community Foundation.

The three-course meal costs $65 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations can be made by calling SER at (214) 761–7479.
