We checked into the Martini Festival at Cool River last year, and it lived mightily up to its name. There were twenty brands with their various representatives mixing up martinis , both stirred and shaken. In addition, the crowd noshed on some pretty terrific appetizers. If that wasn’t enough, they raffled off plenty of nifty items to keep the crowd interested.
