On Thursday, July 23rd the Wine Poste & Bar Anatomie will celebrate its Grand Opening in Bishop Arts. The event will involve the rollout of our new Food and Wine Menus, tasting of our newly imported wines, and will feature live music. The Wine Poste and Bar Anatomie opened for business in the new location on June 26th.
The Wine Poste & Bar Anatomie have partnered with locally owned Bocce Restaurant and have crafted a focused Wine-Centric food menu that will be available to all of our guests that are enjoying a glass of wine or a bottle at one of our tables. Bocce has designed the menu with wine in mind – items like Cheese & Charcuterie boards, a local Burrata plate with Roasted Red Peppers, various Bruschetta offerings, Fried Ravioli & Tortellini, Pizzas, plus many more fun and delicious dishes for our wine loving clientele.
We will be featuring 8 wines by the glass from our predominantly French, seasonally focused, wine list – including multiple wines personally sought out by our management team in France last February. Each wine that we brought in are exclusively available in the United States only at the Wine Poste & Bar Anatomie. They were chosen for their quality and affordability straight from the winemakers in the South of France and imported this past June exclusively for our operation.
The Wine Poste & Bar Anatomie will also be offering door prizes for this event. All in attendance will have the opportunity to win one of our fabulous prizes with their raffle ticket which they will receive upon entry. Prizes include: Large Format Wines, Wine Tasting Certificates, Wine Club Memberships, and Much More.
