Apheleia Restaurant Group announced today its expansion plans with Chef Partner, John Tesar to team up with Alex Urrunaga and Royce Ring of Plan B to open Gravy 51° in Turtle Creek. The authentic Italian concept is scheduled to open Spring 2016.
Apheleia Restaurant Group is based in Dallas, Texas whose establishments include Oak, El Bolero, Pakpao, Quill Lounge (opening November 2015) and Royale Magnificent Burgers (early 2016). It was co-‐founded in 2011 by husband and wife team, Richard and Tiffanee Ellman.
