Chef Anastacia Quinones is one of our favorite chefs in Dallas for a reason. Versatility. She is definitely the master of Mexican cuisine and turns out a pretty amazing mole. As you might be aware Chef AQ is newly planted (in July of this year) at Oddfellows in the Bishop Arts District of Oak Cliff, and has already caught the attention of many satisfied diners.
Chef AQ just announced a very special evening in celebration of Dia de los Muertos, November 1, 2016. Then she will be creating her special recipe mole, handmade tortillas and so much more. She has been given free reign to do what she does very best.
As if that was not enough to check in at Oddfellows on Tuesday, Chef AQ has invited Bishop Arts neighbor Katherine Clapner of Dude, Sweet Chocolate fame (oh, we saw her last week on Beat Bobby Flay where she did indeed beat Flay mercilessly).
These collaborations are always exciting and you won’t wish to miss a bite of this evening.Oddfellows is located at 316 W 7th in the heart of Bishop Arts, and you may drop in any time between 5 and 10pm. Expect Mariachi between 6 and 7pm, along with drink specials, so plan on an early arrival to nab a seat.
