Gather Kitchen Opening In Thanksgiving Tower

Top female culinary entrepreneurs, Soraya Spencer and Nicki Hamilton will launch their new fast casual concept, Gather Kitchen,” in the heart of Downtown Dallas on Monday, August 21st. The duo is spearheading a new fast food experience featuring whole, non-processed meals handmade with fresh ingredients sourced locally and seasonally. Designed for busy consumers, Gather Kitchen is a quality fast dining experience, which provides hearty, nutritious meals without breaking the bank.

Packed with flavor and made with love, Gather Kitchen boasts all-natural meats and proteins, which are designed to be paired with a range of generous bases including fresh vegetables and complex carbohydrates. The customizable dishes are then topped with Gather Kitchen’s signature sauces, all of which are handmade daily without any sugar or additives. Guests can then add toppings and vegetables to create an artisanal, homemade meal prepared before their eyes from start to finish. The fresh meals can be enjoyed at Gather Kitchen’s new Downtown Dallas location or on-the-go. Highlights include Gather Kitchen’s zucchini noodles and fresh cauliflower rice paired with lemon-poached shrimp or Grass-Fed “Beef Crumble,” and topped with Basil-Cashew-Pesto or Six-Pepper Mexican sauce.

It is Gather Kitchen founders’ different ethnic and culinary backgrounds that brought them together. Soraya, an Algerian native born into a family of chefs, grew up in the kitchen, both at home and at her family’s restaurants. She holds substantial international experience in opening and operating some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants. Meanwhile, Nicki, who grew up in her parent’s kitchen, only returned to her culinary roots as a means to combat a health concern, and make an overall lifestyle improvement.

Together they combine different flavors and experiences with their shared values and mutual commitment to whole, non-processed foods. The result is an innovative, new fast food concept, which is pioneering the way people think about fast food.

Gather Kitchen empowers local farmers by sourcing their non-processed, seasonal ingredients. The company strongly believes in supporting the local community and has partnered with nearby farmers, who deliver fresh fare to the restaurant on a daily basis. It is Spencer and Hamilton’s belief that top quality meals can unite families, friends, neighbors and citizens from all walks of life and are key ingredients for building strong communities.

“It took us a year to find our location in Thanksgiving Tower. Gather Kitchen fills an actual need here in Dallas so we wanted to make sure that we would be where people needed us. We cater to everyone’s food preferences and tastes. One of our favorite moments was when we did a tasting with our now Landlord and he said, “I was skeptical about trying your Zoodles Bolognese, but I think I like this better than pasta.” At Gather Kitchen, you can satisfy your cravings but still feel good. We wanted a quick but satisfying restaurant experience with the ability to customize your order to stay or on-the-go.”

Gather Kitchen will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday starting August 16th. Free parking is available at Thanksgiving Tower for Gather Kitchen patrons.
