Tuscan Wine Dinner at Jimmy’s

Jimmy’s Food Store is offering one of their many Italian wine dinners Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 6:30.

Chef Alessio Franceschetti will be preparing a wonderful menu for the Renieri Tasting.

Bresaola Della Valtellina, Rucola with Shaved Parmigiano
Garganelli with Duck Ragu
Prime Rib-Eye Steak with Mushroom Wine Sauce, with Scalloped Potatoes and Zucchini
Mixed Berries with Romanoff Sauce

The wine is special and the evening will offer tastings from Marco Bacci winery with winemaker Jacopo Bacci on hand to lead diners through the large variety of wines that will be offered.

Bacci was born in Florence in 1984, to a family with Tuscan roots. He attended the University of Florence of Enology. In 2004 he began working, following in the steps of his father, at the Marco Bacci winery. He carefully studied all the branches of the agriculture business and the processes and work performed in the cellar. He worked through the processes step-by-step and developed his engagement in all the agricultural activities.
