Next Thursday, wine connoisseurs will be able to participate in an elegant wine pairing dinner with food prepared by Chef Jeffrey Kollinger (The Spice of Life Catering, Tillman’s Roadhouse, with wines b expert vinter Hank Wetzel. The Addison Spring Wine Dinner will take place in the Addison Conference and Theatre Center and consist of five courses paired with select wines from Alexander Valley Vineyards.
“Attendees can expect to have to their own bottles of Alexander Valley [wine] signed by Mr. Wetzel and myself,” Chef Kollinger said. “Our teams are excited to spearhead such an enriching outing in the North Dallas area.” Guests must provide their own bottle for autographs.
Kollinger’s recipes are a staple in Dallas, and have received praise from the likes of George Clooney, Jon Bon Jovi, and even The Clintons. Through his Bishop Arts restaurant, Tillman’s Roadhouse, Kollinger has been able to combine the worlds of music, food and art, and fuse together traditional and contemporary elements to create one of Dallas’s most acclaimed southern comfort food restaurants.
Alexander Valley Vineyards is a Sonoma County, California-based winery. It is a family-owned entity which has been dedicated to the art and science of fermentation for nearly 45 years.
The Addison Spring Wine Dinner will take place on April 18 and begin at 7:00 p.m. Individual tickets for the event cost $95. Party-of-eight tables are ticketed at $650. A portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank to aid underprivileged families. Tickets for the Addison Spring Wine Dinner can be purchased here.
