Dallas will have a Full Circle moment this summer when Full Circle Tavern (FCT) hosts its’ grand ‘RE-‐Opening’ extravaganza at its new location at 6341 La Vista in Dallas, which translates to another awesome excuse to have a party with a guy on stilts making balloon animals, lots of drink & food specials, a cool DJ, door prizes and other stuff they will throw in for fun.

East Dallas residents, Jennifer Bonner and Lara Whittington, also owners of EdiblEnvy Catering, bring Full Circle Tavern from South Dallas to East Dallas with the same modern gastropub vibe that is warm and relaxed with hearty menu selections and approachable beer and bar offerings. FCT is now open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays) daily for lunch at 11am through dinner service, and Saturday-Sunday at 10am for brunch/lunch through dinner with late night hours on Friday and Saturday.

“Full Circle Tavern is a local hangout where all can come for the food and stay for the atmosphere,” says Lara. “We’re excited to bring our restaurant to the East Dallas community and to share our ‘everyone-‐ knows-‐your-‐name’ style with our new neighborhood. Our friends will tell you we love to laugh and have a good time, and FCT reflects that. Being in East Dallas allows for our loyal South Dallas foodies to still come enjoy, while we garner a larger fan base in a more centralized location”.

With a full bar, extensive beer list and one‐of‐a-kind sandwiches, FCT is sure to be a local’s destination. Find house-made chips with rotating flavors like cinnamon chipotle and jalapeno ranch, comfort sides like fried cheese curds and poutine, vegetarian friendly options and salads for the health conscious round out the menu. A thoughtful  brunch is offered on Saturday’s and Sundays and a kid’s menu is available. There’s an ‘Adult Only’ upstairs room and outside balcony for dining and can be reserved for private parties.

“Everything in my life has always centered around food,” says Jennifer, a self-‐taught chef bringing her heart and soul into the menu. “You’ll find traces of my background from my mid-‐west roots to deep southern cooking. Comfort food means something different to everyone, but our food will leave you with a cozy happiness.
